Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s). Please note that all returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns.
Exchange Processing
If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or color, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return. For exchanges of equal value, no additional payment is required. If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference; if it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

- Food & Household Goods
These restrictions align with common retail practices for hygiene-sensitive products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective merchandise.
International Returns
Since we ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
