Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to bring quality outdoor gear right to your doorstep.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our outdoor apparel and adventure gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s).

Condition Requirements: All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  4. Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  5. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Ship your return to our facility at:

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Face Masques
  • Food & Household Goods

These restrictions align with common retail practices for hygiene-sensitive products.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to changed mind.

Exchange Processing

If you’re exchanging an item for a different size or color, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.

  • For exchanges of equal value, no additional payment is required.
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll be charged the difference.
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective merchandise.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with returning items. These costs are non-refundable.
